Sorry my bad english. I'm currently using Windows 10 64bit. I have used Win 10 from beta to win 10 release version. After using 2-3 monts win10 beta Komplete audio 6 stopped working and its not working in current Win10. My setup is; Intel 5820k, Msi gaming7 x99, DDR4 memory, gtx 970. I have updated and installed all current drivers and tested Usb 3.0 and usb 2.0 slots.
Usb ports works with all other devices. Komplete audio 6 works with my laptop Asus Rog win 8.1 and im afraid to update it to win10. After plugging usb cable komplete 6 flashes lights and after that usb light start blinking. You can put phantom power on and light stays on. I have tested with 3 different usb A-B cables. Anyone has any ideas to make this work? Sorry my bad english.

I'm running Windows 10 64-bit, on a clean install (no upgrade), and Windows refuses to recognize my KA 6. This is on a desktop where it previously worked fine under Win 7 and 8. I've installed the latest drivers (4.2.0), and they appear to install successfully, but when I plug in the device, the green USB light just flashes at me.
The KA 6 control panel says 'No Komplete Audo 6 found. Please make sure that the interface is plugged in' and Windows Device Manager shows the KA 6 with the yellow warning icon, and the device status is: The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There are no compatible drivers for this device. I've opened a ticket with NI support, and will update here if I learn anything useful.
