This does work on Windows 10, evidence being that I’ve played the game for a couple levels on Windows 10. I have no idea how to fix the “Q” issue some are having.

Perhaps re-mapping it? The game runs, for me at least, with no issue, and as far as I’m able to tell, the files are virus-free.
